Below you will find the current prices as of March 17th, 2022 for the marimbas I build. I do accept purchase orders. It has been 4 years since I did a price increase. The cost of everything has gone up, especially in the last year
- 3.5 octave box resonator $1600, add $100 for the extra F# and Bb bars
- 2 octave soprano with wheels $1200, add $50 for the extra F# and Bb bars
- Mini Soprano $600, add $25 for the extra F# and Bb bars
- 2 octave tenor $1800 add $100 for the extra F# and Bb bars
- 2 octave baritone $1800 add $100 for the extra F# and Bb bars
- 9 note bass, C-D $2000 add $100 for the extra F# and Bb bars
- Mallets; I would suggest Blue Haus Music; their mallets are beautiful and very durable.
If your school is like mine, your budget may be next to nothing. I have found that most schools have a parent teacher organization that is more than willing to help out with buying musical supplies.
